Service & Aftersales Coordinator
As Service & Aftersales coordinator you are responsible for supporting the Service and Sales department during the process from quotation to delivery of the vessel sold and aftersales.

In the Netherlands Lengers Group, in addition to being established at a beautiful and inspiring location on the Vecht in Muiden, is also located in Lelystad. With 8 locations at home and abroad, we are at home in the Mediterranean, where most of our customers sail.

Responsibility
As Service & Aftersales coordinator you are responsible for supporting the Service and Sales department during the process from quotation to delivery of the vessel sold and aftersales.
Your duties will include
- Jointly start work with service technicians on a daily basis;
- Coordinate and schedule repair, maintenance and other warranty and/or service work domestically and internationally
- Project-based preparation of work to be performed within a Syntess work environment
- Point of contact and bridge builder between customer, yard and involved suppliers
- Periodically visit yards and customers abroad out of a proactive service consideration
- Sparring partner + thinking along in the field of further development and improvement of our organization
- Signaling and anticipating and thereby being able to prevent possible escalations that adversely affect customer satisfaction
- Responsible for his/her position, is involved in determining, together with colleagues/third parties, the work schedule to be made;
- Feasible goals are stated, sets priorities for implementation
- Supporting role in the various activities of Lengers Yachts and affiliates;
- Responsible for all administrative work around quotations and invoices within our Syntess working environment
- Prepare and coordinate ship deliveries on and off transport;
- Responsible for monitoring and recording key registration system;
- Responsible for managing the vehicle fleet, trailer fleet, port equipment and other movable property.
